A membership never complicates a sale. It can transfer to the new owner, or be cancelled with thirty days' notice. The Home Record is yours to keep either way.
The report stands on its own
Every finding in a Home Record carries a photograph, a measurement and a price, so it can be checked by anyone. The document is yours.
What we arrange, not perform
Some work belongs to a licensed specialist. We do not pretend otherwise, and we do not hand you a phone book. We source the quotes, check the contractor, schedule the work, and keep the paperwork.
Almanac coordinates licensed electrical, plumbing, HVAC and gas work. It does not perform it, and it adds nothing to the contractor's price.
