Why the area is small
A short drive is what makes the published prices work. The visit minimum is $195 ($125 for members), and two or three items on your list and the visit pays for itself against a single call-out anywhere else. That is the whole idea. Keep the area small, keep the trip short, and the price on the page can be the real price.
What the prices assume
Every published price is for a home within fifteen miles of The Woodlands. Farther out, a Home Care visit carries the trip fee shown above. Home Care prices do not depend on the size of the house. Memberships and the Home Record assume a home up to 3,500 sq ft with one HVAC system, one water heater and up to three bathrooms. For a larger home only the Home Record price rises, by the published steps on the Membership page; the monthly price never changes with size, and your price is confirmed in writing before anything starts.
